What a weekend!
I had a brilliant couple of days exhibiting at The Scottish Wedding Show and just wanted to say thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat.
It was great meeting so many couples at different stages of planning, from those who have everything mapped out already to those just starting out and figuring out what they’d like their day to feel like. Every wedding is different and I genuinely enjoy hearing the ideas you’ve got in mind.
I have now been in touch with everyone I spoke to regarding bookings and availability. If we chatted and you are still thinking things over, feel free to get back in touch. I am always happy to answer questions or talk through options and there is never any pressure.
Across the weekend I handed out around 300 leaflets and had some really good conversations about how a piper can add something special to the day, whether that is welcoming guests, piping down the aisle or creating a memorable entrance into the reception.
It was also good to connect with other exhibitors and venues. I had some great chats with Nightjar Ceilidh Band, The Kilted Caricaturist, Serenora Health and The Munro Bagpiper. It is always encouraging to see so many passionate and professional suppliers working to make weddings across Scotland memorable for couples.
